If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return

You have 3 calendar days from the date you have received your items to inform us of a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging it came with.

However, all clearance items are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable (always refer to the item description for further details).

Once the courier receives the item(s), you will immediately receive a full refund of the items purchased (Note: We do not refund the initial delivery fee paid).

Exchange

You have 7 calendar days from the date you have received your items to inform us of an exchange request.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging it came with. You can only exchange your item with an item(s) of total equivalent value or greater than the item you are returning for exchange.  

All clearance items are FINAL SALE however, you CAN exchange them with another civvy item (under the same terms as our standard exchange policy). 

Exchanges are not free of delivery charges.
